Evan Prybutok begins his first year as an assistant coach with the University of Delaware men's soccer staff in the 2021 fall season.

Prybutok arrives in Newark after spending the previous three seasons at La Salle. During his tenure the Explorers totaled nine year-end accolades from the Atlantic 10 and Philadelphia Soccer Six. In his second season with the team, La Salle increased its win total by five games and made its first Atlantic 10 Championship appearance since 2016.

Prybutok spent the previous two seasons as an assistant coach and recruiting coordinator at Manhattan College, where he helped the Japsers finish one win shy of tying the program record for wins in a season in 2017. Prybutok worked with Manhattan's goalkeepers, helping to mold Marcellin Gohier into the 2017 MAAC Goalkeeper of the Year.

Prybutok was also responsible for opposition scouting, performance and video analysis, budgeting and team travel at Manhattan.

Prybutok, who is also a staff coach at Players Development Academy (PDA) in New Jersey, spent five seasons at Temple prior to his tenure at Manhattan. He was an integral part of the AAC Coaching Staff of the Year in 2013 and helped the Owls bring in two nationally-ranked recruiting classes.

He also worked with Temple's goalkeepers, helping to develop Dan Scheck into one of the top goalies in the nation in 2013. The senior finished that season with a 0.67 goals against average and nine shutouts.

Prybutok started the men's soccer program at Otero Junior College (Colo.) in 2010. Otero finished 16-3-2 in the inaugural season en route to winning NJCAA Region IX and the NJCAA West District Championships. Additionally, Prybutok led Otero to a berth in the 2010 NJCAA National Finals and was named the 2010 West District Coach of the Year.

Prybutok got his start in coaching as a volunteer assistant coach at Rutgers in 2009 while also serving on the Maine Olympic Coaching staff.

A nationally licensed coach, Prybutok holds his USSFB License and NSCAA Premier Diploma. He played collegiately at the University of Massachusetts and graduated in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science in management before earning a Master's in Education from Temple in 2014.
