Hildebrandt comes to Delaware most recently from Clemson, where she spent nearly a year coaching the Tigers' varsity 8's. She also created practice plans, coordinated team gear distribution, and assisted with team travel.
She spent over six years as an assistant at Seattle Pacific University beforehand from Feb. 2017 - June 2023. There, Hildebrandt helped the team to compete at the NCAA Championships, specifically coaching the varsity 4 to fourth place in the national title in 2023 and fourth place at the GNAC Championships. She also coached them to a fourth-place finish at the 2022 National Championship and second-place finishes at the 2021 and 2022 GNAC Championship. Hildebrandt also created season and daily plans for practice, coordinated team travel, led on-campus recruiting, and worked with the strength and conditioning coach in creating and overseeing team weight training.
Before that, she served as the Assistant Juniors Coach at Eastside Preparatory School for two years, the Juniors Coach for the Pioneer Valley Riverfront Club for one year, and the Head Club Coach for Springfield College for two years. She is also the Masters Coach of Lake Washington Rowing Club in Seattle, Wash.Â
Hildebrandt earned her bachelor's in Business Administration from Pacific Lutheran University and her Masters of Science Exercise Physiology with a concentration in Wellness & Fitness from California University of Pennsylvania. She was a four-year student-athlete at Pacific Lutheran University from 2001- 2005. She made varsity the spring of her freshman year and raced at the NCAA Division II National Championships in Indianapolis, Ind. Following her graduation, she returned to her alma mater as a volunteer assistant women's coach for one year and then as co-head men's coach for one year.
