Adrienne Eisenhauer joined the Blue Hens in September 2018 as the director of women’s basketball operations.
In her role, she is responsible for the oversight of travel arrangements, practice scheduling, team managers and film exchange in addition to assisting with administrative duties.
A native of Chesterfield, Mo., Eisenhauer earned her Bachelor of Science in Mass Communications from Kansas State University in May 2016 before graduating in December 2017 from Georgetown University with a Master of Professional Studies in Sports Industry Management.
As a student at Kansas State, Eisenhauer worked in the athletics department within the fan experience and group sales department. She helped with promotions and game experience for football, volleyball, baseball and men’s and women’s basketball in addition to creating and executing marketing plans for group sales and ticket revenue.
During her tenure at Georgetown, Eisenhauer served as a marketing intern for the women’s basketball team and continued to work for Blue Hens head coach Natasha Adair and her staff when they arrived at the University of Delaware in July 2017.
