Abby Cline begins her first season as a team manager with the University of Delaware softball squad in 2016.
Cline, a native of Millington, N.J., played for the Blue Hens as a freshman in 2014, appearing in four games while making two starts in the circle. She compiled a 3.00 earned run average in 9.1 innings of work, and allowed just one run in three frames during a win over La Salle.
Cline was a first team All-Skyland Conference and All-County selection at Watchung Hills High School, and also earned second team All-Group and third team All-State honors.
