Delaware Women's Basketball to Host Special Dad & Daughter Date Night Jan. 12 vs. UNC Wilmington

NEWARK, Del. -- The nationally-ranked University of Delaware women's basketball squad is hosting a special night out at the Bob Carpenter Center for fathers and their daughters this Thursday, Jan. 12 vs. UNC Wilmington.
Dad & Daughter Date Night will take place this Thursday at 7 p.m. as the No. 21 ranked Blue Hens, who sit atop of the Colonial Athletic Association standings with a record of 12-1 (3-0 CAA), take on a tough UNCW team that advanced to the CAA Tournament semifinals a year ago. The Blue Hens are led by junior All-American Elena Delle Donne, who leads the nation in scoring at 30.3 points per game.
