STORYLINES
• Delaware plays its second game of the 2014-15 regular season Friday at Cal Poly following Monday's 61-55 season opening loss at Liberty.
• Cazmon Hayes scored a career-high 17 points vs. the Flames while Kory Holden added 13 points, six rebounds and five assists during his Blue Hen debut.
• Marvin King-Davis was the third UD player in double figures with 11 points, while Barnett Harris led Delaware with a career-high eight rebounds.
• Delaware led by two points with three minutes remaining following a putback dunk by Maurice Jeffers, but UD missed its final seven shots from there as Liberty scored the final eight points of the game.
• Tonight the Blue Hens will be playing their ninth game in the state of California, having won two of their first eight contests in the Golden State.
• UD last played in California in December, 2010, when the Blue Hens competed in the Cable Car Classic hosted by Santa Clara. Delaware defeated the host Broncos by a point before falling to American in the championship game.
• UD defeated Cal Poly, 82-72, in the teams' only prior meeting on Jan. 4, 2014 at the Bob Carpenter Center.
• That win moved Delaware to 1-1 all-time against teams in the Big West Conference.
• The Blue Hens continue their West Coast swing on Sunday with a 4 p.m. PT game at CSU Bakersfield.
