Men's Basketball Hosting Holiday Toy Drive Dec. 18 vs. Temple

NEWARK, Del. -- The University of Delaware men's basketball team is making the holidays a little brighter for the children at Nemours/Alfred I. duPont Hospital for Children again this season by hosting the annual pregame toy drive on Thursday, December 18 at The BOB prior to the Blue Hens' game against Temple.
The game will begin at 7 p.m. Donations will be accepted in the main lobby from when doors open at 5:30 p.m. until the conclusion of halftime.
Fans are encouraged to donate a NEW, unwrapped non-violent toy for boys and girls ages 1-12. Toy suggestions include: infant/toddler toys (rattles, teethers, handheld toys that light up and make noise); small Lego kits; toddler cars & trucks; My Little Pony & Littlest Pet Shop; Disney Princess (dolls, barbies, stickers, coloring books, etc.); coloring books & Crayola Crayons, colored pencils, markers; headphones/ earbuds; Uno Cards; and superhero action figurines.
