STORYLINES
• Delaware will look to break into the win column this afternoon with a road game at Fairleigh Dickinson. The contest is the Blue Hens' first in the state of New Jersey since travelling to Rider on Feb. 19, 2011.
• Today's game is the second all-time meeting between Delaware and Fairleigh Dickinson, as the Knights posted an 87-84 victory over the Blue Hens on Dec. 29, 1984 at the Siena Invitational in Albany, N.Y.
• The contest is the Blue Hens' first of two straight games against Northeast Conference opponents, as UD heads to Robert Morris on Monday.
• Delaware dropped an 82-62 home contest to Temple on Thursday, and the Blue Hens' 0-8 start is the third worst in school history.
• Senior Kyle Anderson and junior Marvin King-Davis both returned to action vs. the Owls and were in the starting lineup. Anderson scored a game-high 20 points in his season debut, while King-Davis added eight points and three rebounds.
• Anderson now has 980 career points and needs just 20 points to become the 32nd player in UD history to reach 1,000 for his career. He also needs just 10 more three-pointers to become the program's career leader.
• Maurice Jeffers posted career-highs of 11 points and 12 rebounds vs. the Owls, recording the first double-double of his career.
