Blue Hen Softball's Weekend Trip To UCF/Holiday Inn Classic Canceled

NEWARK, Del. -- Due to travel issues related to Thursday's storm, the University of Delaware softball team was unable to travel to Orlando and its four games at the UCF/Holiday Inn Classic have been canceled.
The Blue Hens were scheduled to face Illinois-Chicago and Central Florida on Friday, before taking on Middle Tennessee and Florida A&M on Saturday.
Delaware is 1-4 on the season after competing in the Oceanic Time Warner Cable Paradise Classic last week in Honolulu, O'ahu. The Blue Hens will return to action on Feb. 21-23 when they play five games at the Citrus Classic in Orlando.
