Patty Post has announced.
Terzian and Slane will serve as team captains for the second consecutive season, while Theinthong begins her first year as captain.
Terzian, a native of Haverford, Pa., was a second team All-Colonial Athletic Association selection last season when she posted a 76.46 average round, the lowest in the three-year history of the program. She was named to the CAA All-Tournament Team after finishing fourth at the conference tournament, while she also tied for second place at the Rutgers Invitational. Terzian placed seventh at the UNCW Seahawk Classic and eighth at the Delaware Invitational, as her four top 10 finishes tied for the team lead.
Theinthong, a Bangkok, Thailand native, competed in five invitationals during the 2013-14 season, averaging 79.58 shots per round. She tied for eighth place at the season opening Tignanelli Towson Invitational and also competed in the Princeton, Rutgers and Delaware Invitationals during the fall.
Slane, a native of Temecula, Calif., appeared in all but two invitationals a year ago while averaging 76.71 shots per round, and tied for first place during the dual meet against Brown. She led the Blue Hens with a fourth place finish at the JMU/Eagle Landing Invitational, and also tied for fourth at the Delaware Invitational. Slane fired a career-low round of 72 on four different occasions, and was named CAA Women's Golfer of the Week on Apr. 2.
The Blue Hens open their 2014-15 season on Sept. 8-9 when they look to defend their team title at the Tignanelli Towson Invitational.
