Blue Hens Announce Addition of Bucknell to 2014-15 Women's Basketball Schedule

Earlier in the day, the UD men's basketball squad will take on Delaware State at noon at the Bob Carpenter Center.
The matchup between the Hens and Bison is part of a home-and-home agreement in which Delaware will travel to Lewisburg, Pa. for a game during the 2015-16 campaign.
Former East Coast Conference foes, UD is 20-2 all-time against Bucknell since the series began in 1981. The two teams have not played each other since the 2002-03 season when the Blue Hens defeated the Bison, 71-45, in Newark.
Delaware had an open date in the non-conference calendar after a two-game tournament with Hampton at Vermont in November was trimmed to just one contest against the Catamounts.
The Blue Hens will now play in 29 total games this season with 11 non-conference matchups.
