Delaware Men's Soccer Ranked No. 23 in Latest NSCAA Top 25 Poll

NEWARK, Del. – After dropping a pair of games on its West Coast trip, the University of Delaware men's soccer fell 12 spots to No. 23 in this week's National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA)/Continental Tire Poll announced Tuesday.
The Blue Hens (6-2) received their highest ranking in program history last week at No. 11, but suffered their first two losses of the season to nationally-ranked Cal and Stanford this past weekend.
UD is No. 25 in the latest College Soccer News Poll and comes in at No. 21 in this week's Top Drawer Poll.
Delaware will return to action Wednesday as the Blue Hens travel to local rival Temple for its third straight road game. The matchup between the Blue Hens and Owls is set to start at 4 p.m. at Ambler Soccer Field in Ambler, Pa.
In the NSCAA poll, UCLA is ranked No. 1 followed by Virginia, Notre Dame, UC-Irvine, New Mexico, Washington, Penn State, North Carolina, Louisville, Saint Louis, Georgetown, Creighton, Marquette, American, California, Michigan State, Indiana, Syracuse, Stanford, George Mason, Charlotte, Furman, Delaware, Oregon State, and UAB.
In the Top Drawer Poll, Notre Dame come sin a No. 1 followed by UCLA, Washington, Virginia, Creighton, UC-Irvine, North Carolina, New Mexico, California, Penn State, Louisville, Georgetown, Marquette, Syracuse, Michigan State, Stanford, George Mason, American, Saint Louis, Indiana, Delaware, Ohio State, Duke, Oregon State, and UAB.
