STORYLINES
• Delaware opens the second half of its conference schedule against the College of Charleston. UD has played all nine CAA opponents once, and will now face them all a second time to close the regular season.
• Delaware has dropped two straight road games since the exciting 84-80 comeback win over William & Mary last Wednesday. The Blue Hens return to the Bob Carpenter Center where they have won three of their last five home contests.
• UD has scored at least 82 points in three consecutive games, three of its four highest point totals of the season. However the Blue Hens have also allowed at least 80 points in three straight games for the first time this season.
• Marvin King-Davis scored a career-high 31 points during Wednesday's game at James Madison, eclipsing his previous career-high by 13. The junior forward went 10 of 17 from the field and 11 of 13 from the foul line, and also led the Blue Hens with eight rebounds.
• Devonne Pinkard came off the bench to contribute 12 points, the first time he reached double figures since Nov. 30 at Villanova.
• Delaware leads the all-time series with Charleston, 3-2, and has taken all three meetings since the Cougars joined the league. UD's lone road victory this season came in Charleston when the Blue Hens came away with a 64-58 triumph at TD Arena on Jan. 10.
• The contest vs. Charleston is the Men's Health Awareness Game. A men's health fair will be held from 12:30 to 2 p.m. on the BCC Concourse featuring free health screenings for men compliments of HealthyU Employee Wellness, UD School of Nursing, and Healthy HENS. Interactive and educational men's health exhibits will be available, provided by staff from organizations including Christiana Health Care, American Cancer Society, National Brain Tumor Society, Blood Bank of Delmarva, and reNu Chiropractic. Additionally the UD coaching staff will again be wearing sneakers in support of the Coaches vs. Cancer Suits and Sneakers initiative.
• The Blue Hens are hosting their annual Men's Basketball Hoop Hysteria Alumni Event featuring 25 alumni from the program who will be honored in a halftime ceremony.
