Rachel Lee Named CAA Co-Women's Golfer of the Week

RICHMOND, Va. -- University of Delaware freshman Rachel Lee was named the Colonial Athletic Association Co-Women's Golfer of the Week on Wednesday.
Lee (Woodstock, Va./Marriotts Ridge) carded a nine over par 75-75-75-225 Monday and Tuesday on the par 72, 6,050-yard course at Jacksonville Golf and Country Club, finishing in a tie for ninth place at the North Florida Collegiate.
Lee, who posted her second top 10 finish of the season, led the Blue Hens to an impressive third place finish out of 18 teams at the tournament. Her 225 total was her lowest three-round score of the season.
Lee shared CAA Women's Golfer of the Week honors with Alessandra Liu of William & Mary, who also carded a 225 to tie for ninth place at the North Florida Collegiate.
Lee and the Blue Hens are back in action on Mar. 30-31 when they compete in the Middleburg Bank Intercollegiate hosted by William & Mary.
