Stephanie Leon to Participate in Final Four Activities as Part of WBCA Good Works Team?

TAMPA, Fla. – While most of her fellow University of Delaware students will be wrapping up spring break trips and returning to Newark shortly, women's basketball senior Stephanie Leon (Northport, N.Y./Northport) will partake in an once-in-a-lifetime opportunity as a member of the 2015 Allstate WBCA Good Works Team®. Over the next few days, Leon will be contributing in events surrounding the NCAA Division I Women's Basketball Championship in Tampa.
In early February, Leon was just one of five NCAA Division I women's basketball student-athletes selected for the prestigious honor, which pays tribute to college basketball players for their impressive commitment to giving back to their communities and positively impacting the lives of those around them.
As a member of the WBCA Good Works Team®, Leon will be honored on court during Sunday's Connecticut vs. Maryland game at 9 p.m.
Additionally, she will attend a community service event, awards show, autograph session and all three games of the Championship weekend, including Tuesday's National Championship contest.
