Nicole Enabosi Picked as CAA Rookie of the Week

RICHMOND, Va. – Delaware forward Nicole Enabosi (Gaithersburg, Md./Our Lady of Good Counsel) collected her third Colonial Athletic Association Rookie of the Week honor, as announced by the conference Monday.
Enabosi averaged a double double of 10.5 points and 10.0 rebounds per game in two victories for the Blue Hens (9-7, 4-1 CAA) this past week.
She began the week with eight points and 12 rebounds in Delaware's 63-47 win at the College of Charleston Friday.
On Sunday, Enabosi was clutch against Towson, sending the game into overtime with a lay-in before forcing a Tigers turnover with one second remaining. She finished with 13 points and eight boards as the Hens defeated Towson, 69-64, in OT.
Enabosi leads the Hens with 7.5 rebounds, 1.4 steals and 1.3 blocks per while registering 8.9 points in 26.6 minutes per contest.
Enabosi shared Rookie of the Week accolades with James Madison's Kayla Cooper-Williams while the Dukes' Angela Mickens garnered Player of the Week honors.
Delaware next hosts Drexel Friday at 7 p.m. before taking on William & Mary Sunday with a 2 p.m. tip at the Bob Carpenter Center.
