*By renewing early season ticket members will receive exclusive early renewal perks as outlined here.**Payment is due by March 31, 2016, either in full or via the UD Payment Plan. Upgrade or relocation requests will be processed once payment has been received on your account.
UPGRADE PROCESS & ADDITIONAL SEAT REQUESTS
As a reminder, upgrades no longer need to be requested on your invoice. The upgrade process will take place during the pre-determined period during which patrons may call-in to request their relocation or seat addition and speak directly with a representative regarding their request. This ensures that all patrons receive the opportunity to discuss relocation if desired.
Beginning April 6, donors will be able to call-in to request upgrades over the phone, from 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Please see below for the date that corresponds with your giving level. Your donor level and call date can also be found on your invoice. Upgrade requests will be processed using this timeline and will allow all patrons the opportunity to upgrade their seat or add seats, receiving immediate confirmation of their request.

Q. What if I am unable to contact the ticket office on the date that corresponds with my giving level?
The giving level listed above is the earliest date that patrons are able to call in to request an upgrade. For example if you are a $10,000 donor you are able to call in anytime beginning 4/6. You do not need to call in on the exact day that corresponds to your giving level; however, requests will be taken on a first-come, first-served basis.
Q. If I am not sure which tickets I would like in the upgrade are you able to hold seats for me?
We are able to review all options with you over the phone and you will be able to call back later to confirm, however we will not be able to place seats on hold and they may not be available when calling back as all requests will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
Q. What is the process for relocating to a section with a lower annual seat donation or the alumni or family sections?
To relocate your tickets to a lower donation section, or to relocate to the alumni or family sections, the procedure will be the same as an upgrade and will go on the same timeline as an upgrade request.
UD PAYMENT PLAN
Delaware is once again offering a UD Payment Plan option for your season tickets! You will have the choice while renewing online to either pay your balance in full, or enroll in the UD Payment Plan. You can sign up for a payment plan online only. If you sign up for the payment plan, your credit card will be automatically charged according to the schedule below.

Q. How much money is due at sign up?
Your first payment is due at time of sign up and is for 25% of your total tickets, parking and processing fees. Each payment (4) will be of equal value until your tickets and parking are paid in full.
Q. How can I sign up for the payment plan option?Payment plans are available online. When renewing your tickets online you will have the choice to either pay your balance in full, or enroll in the UD Payment Plan.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q. Is my Blue Hens Club parking space/lot from last year automatically renewed?
You must indicate your season parking request on your renewal form along with your top three lot preferences. Every attempt will be made to place the season ticket member in their previous season's parking lot location. However, parking lot/spaces are not guaranteed from year to year. If a change in location is desired, please make the parking request in writing on the season ticket renewal form. Parking permits are allocated according to Blue Hens Club giving level and priority point rank.
Q. By virtue of the seat donation, I now qualify for Blue Hens Club parking. How do I request parking?
Season ticket members who have made a contribution must submit their parking requests on the season ticket renewal form. Every effort is made to accommodate ticket members, however requests for specific lots cannot be guaranteed. Parking permits are allocated according to Blue Hens Club giving level and priority point rank on a “best available” basis. Please consult the Parking Map for lot locations and accompanying contribution levels and permit costs.
Q. What if I don't get the parking I requested?
No refunds or exchanges will be processed after a request has been made. Lot locations are not guaranteed and all sales are final.
Q. Can a group of people arrange to park together?
To request group parking, please write each Blue Hens Club member's name on each other's corresponding football ticket application and submit all group parking football ticket applications to the ticket office together or in the comments when renewing online. Assignment of group parking in all cases will be based upon the lowest ranking member's Blue Hens Club giving level and priority point rank.
Q. How do I order away game tickets?
An away game order form will be sent to all season ticket members once ticket prices have been set by the away institutions. Seating allocation and priority order quantities will be based on your Blue Hens Club giving level and priority point rank.
Q. Why should I provide my email address?
Email is the easiest way for you to stay up-to-date with all Blue Hen's news and promotional offers. In addition, many special offers are sent exclusively to account members with emails on record.
Q. How do I update my address or phone number?
For your account security, please inform the Delaware Ticket Office of any address or contact information changes in writing. This can be done by emailing your changes to: athletics-tix@udel.edu. Please note June 1 is the last day to change addresses prior to season ticket shipment.
