STORYLINES
    • Delaware opens a three-game homestand on Saturday as the Blue Hens host UNCW at the Bob Carpenter Center. UD remains home next week to host Towson and Northeastern.
   • UNCW leads the all-time series with Delaware, 17-11, but the Blue Hens have won six of the last seven meetings. The teams split two matchups last season, with each winning on its home floor.
   • Delaware has won seven in a row over the Seahawks at the Carpenter Center. UD head coach Monté Ross (7-0) has never lost to UNCW in Newark.
   • Delaware dropped its sixth consecutive game with an 88-56 loss at Northeastern on Thursday. The Huskies jumped out to a double digit lead in the first seven minutes of the contest and cruised the rest of the way.
   • The Blue Hens' 32-point margin of defeat was their worst in a CAA game since an 83-58 loss at Old Dominion on Jan. 10, 2007.
   • Delaware has trailed by double figures during the entire second half of its last two games against James Madison and Northeastern.
   • Kory Holden led the Blue Hens with 14 points, all in the second half, and six assists vs. the Huskies. Anthony Mosley reached double figures for the fourth straight game with 13 points, while Cazmon Hayes reached double digits for the eight consecutive contest with 12 points - career-long streaks for both players.
   • UD and UNCW will face off again in just 12 days in Wilmington on Jan. 21.
