Delaware Cross Country Hosts Annual UD Blue-Gold Invitational Saturday Morning

Wendy McFarlane-Smith. “White Clay is a great cross country course, one that provides a lot of challenges. Due to our home advantage at the CAA Championship in three weeks and an opportunity to race at the NCAA Regional course at the Penn State National Open next Friday, I have decided to rest the CAA squad this weekend and only race those who might not have the opportunity to compete at the conference meet. I look forward to the ladies performing well, the way they have been in practices. This is a great opportunity for them to race on our home course.”

Delaware's squad on Saturday will include Marissa Albano, Claire Beautz, Jeanette Bendolph, Kathleen Dailey, Adrienne Fraczkowski, Leanza Lopez, Michaela Meyer, Angie Spadaccini, and Melissa Talley.
