WILLIAMSBURG, Va. -- The University of Delaware continued its late season surge Saturday night as the Blue Hens posted a 3-2 Colonial Athletic Association volleyball victory over host William & Mary in the regular season finale.

Delaware (14-15, 8-8 CAA) bounced back from a 3-1 loss to James Madison Friday as the Blue Hens won for the eighth time in the last 10 matches.Brian Toron said. “To go from 0-6 in the conference and fight and respond week after week to get to 8-8, it's a wonderful accomplishment that this team worked very hard for. The best part is that we have earned the right to play in our conference tournament next weekend. I am excited for this team to have another good week of training, and we are looking forward to CAA's.”

Match Notes:
• Jenkins notched her second straight double-double and her 17th of the season
• Lauren Talley (10 kills) went over the 200 kills mark for her career
• Delaware held an 8-4 block advantage
• The Blue Hens finished 5-6 in road matches
• Delaware improved to 23-14 all-time vs. William & Mary
• The Hens are now 5-3 in five-set matches this year
