Rigby Earns CUSA Academic All-Conference Honors

DALLAS – University of Delaware volleyball's Fiona Rigby was named to the Conference USA All-Academic team, the league announced on Friday.
To qualify for the conference all-academic team, a nominee must have a 3.2 cumulative grade point average, be at least a sophomore class standing, and be a starter or key reserve member of the squad. Voting is done only by academic advisors.Â
Rigby was among 11 athletes across the twelve conference members who received the honors.
Rigby, a transfer from Syracuse, has played in 26 sets in her first season with Delaware. In a victory over Saint Peter's on Sept. 20, she recorded a career-best 13 digs in four sets. Rigby is majoring in neuroscience and has a 4.0 GPA.Â
Delaware is set to wrap up its 2025 regular season against Sam Houston this weekend.Â
