• Delaware returns from a four-day Thanksgiving break to host Ivy League opponent Yale at the Bob Carpenter Center.
• The Blue Hens are looking for their first 5-2 start since the 2010-11 squad also won five of its first seven games.
• Delaware carries a two-game winning streak into the contest, after defeating North Carolina Wesleyan last Tuesday and Longwood on Wednesday.
• The Blue Hens were tied with the Lancers at 57-57, but scored the final eight points of the game while holding Longwood scoreless over the final 5:16 of the contest.
• UD freshman Ryan Allen came off the bench to lead the Blue Hens with a season-high 19 points. He finished 8 of 13 from the field and added five rebounds.
• Ryan Daly scored 16 points for the second consecutive afternoon, and finished 8 of 8 from the foul line.
• Derrick Woods, who posted his first double-double with career-highs of 19 points and 10 rebounds vs. North Carolina Wesleyan, added 11 points and nine boards against Longwood.
• Eric Carter missed the Blue Hens' last two games with an ankle injury suffered vs. UNCG, but is expected to return tonight.
• Yale has won all three previous meetings between the two schools, including last year's 81-63 triumph in New Haven.
