Tina Martin (Lock Haven '86) is in her 21st season and currently holds a 406-236 (.632) all-time record.
» The winningest coach in UD men's and women's basketball history, Martin has garnered three conference Coach of the Year awards and led the Hens to 11 post-season appearances.
» Charlotte Smith (North Carolina '99) is in her sixth year with the Phoenix and is 108-76 all-time. Smith previously served nine seasons as an assistant coach at her alma mater. She has also played professionally overseas and in the ABL and WNBA. Smith was recently named an assistant coach for the USA U18 National Team.
