Emma Sills has joined the program as a volunteer assistant coach.
Sills was a member of the Delaware women's golf team during the first five years of the program's history, appearing in 11 tournaments during her career. She earned the Team Sportsmanship Award during her final two seasons, and also represented the squad on the UD Student-Athlete Advisory Council.
A native of Bear, Del., Sills graduated from Delaware last spring with a degree in English professional writing.
”We are thrilled to have Emma join our staff,” said Post, the only coach in UD women's golf history. “She was such a great teammate while on the team, I can only imagine how much positive influence she will bring to our program as a coach. The team is so excited for her to be around practice and offer her wisdom.”
