Hens Continue Action at ITA Atlantic Regional

BLACKSBURG, Va. – Friday was full of tennis action as the Blue Hens competed on Day 2 of the ITA Atlantic Regional, hosted by Virginia Tech.
In singles play, sophomore Guilherme Valdoleiros advanced to Saturday's Round of 64 following a 6-1, 6-2 victory over VCU's Philip Mobius. Valdoleiros will take on Old Dominion's Jannik Giesse at approximately 11 a.m.
Delaware also saw two three-set singles matches, but sophomore Justice Jones and junior Laurenz Lankes came out on the wrong side of those results.
