Seniors Annie Jaskulski and Draga Sabotic also registered hard-fought three-set victories versus Temple.
Jaskulski came from behind to top Chunan Xiang, 4-6, 6-4, 10-7 while Sabotic defeated Cecilia Castelli, 6-4, 3-6, 11-8.
Sophomore Sarah Whited held the 6-4 advantage over Drexel's Mya Fuentes before Fuentes dropped out due to injury.
POST-MATCH QUOTES
Head Coach Kelly Anderson
"I thought the quality of our tennis has improved over the past two weeks and our ladies played some of their best tennis of the semester today. Annie Jaskulski was able to make adjustments exceptionally well today in singles and competed with grit up until the end as we have come to expect from her. Sarah Hall has stepped up to the plate multiple times over the past two weekends, continues to improve and is someone who we can count on to dig her heels in and find a way to get the job done. Draga Sabotic produced a feisty performance today and came out with a well-earned win. Our freshmen are improving every day and it was encouraging to see Caragh Courtney play with confidence. We have another great opportunity at regionals next weekend against some of the toughest competition in the nation."
