Blue Hens Add Agnes Paul and Brynn Wade for 2019-20 Campaign

NEWARK, Del. – Delaware women's basketball head coach Natasha Adair excitedly announced Friday that Agnes Paul and Brynn Wade have signed National Letters of Intent to play for the Blue Hens beginning in 2019-20.
"We are more than excited to welcome Agnes and Brynn into the Blue Hens family," Adair commented. "Both are tireless workers and flat out tough players. The future is bright for both Agnes and Brynn and I cannot wait to see them don that Delaware uniform next season."
Paul, a 6-2 power forward from Bowie, Md. led New Hope Academy to a 18-13 record and a NACA runner-up finish under head coach Sam Caldwell a year ago. As a junior, Paul led NHA with 240 rebounds and was named to the NACA All-Tournament Team. She is a member of Team Durant AAU squad and also the Nigerian 17U National Team.
The daughter of Ene Pauline Egbe, Paul intends on majoring in nursing with the aspirations of becoming a surgical nurse following her Blue Hens career.
Wade will join the Blue Hens from Gilbert, Ariz. where she is a 6-1 power forward for head coach Kyle Pedersen at Gilbert High School. She also played at La Cueva High and Hope Christian High in New Mexico and is a member of the New Mexico Heat Elite and Arizona Select AAU teams.
The daughter of Tom and Carla, Wade intends on majoring in business.
