NEWARK, Del. -- The University of Delaware softball team's doubleheader scheduled for Wednesday at Lehigh has been cancelled due to the snowstorm expected to hit the tri-state area.

No makeup date has been announced.

The Blue Hens are scheduled to open their Colonial Athletic Association slate this weekend with a three-game home series against Drexel at the UD Softball Stadium.
