Women’s Basketball 2018-19 Non-Conference Slate Set

NEWARK, Del. – The Delaware women's basketball team will host four non-conference opponents this coming season as the Blue Hens released their 2018-19 schedule Wednesday.
The Hens will face at least five schools that earned postseason appearances a year ago and kick off the campaign with three contests in the Preseason WNIT, including the season-opener at Northern Iowa (November 9).
Following Preseason WNIT play, the Blue Hens take a short trip to Dover to take on Delaware State (November 20).
Over the Thanksgiving break, Delaware will compete in the FAU Tournament and match up against Bradley on November 23. The Hens will then play either FAU or Lafayette on November 24.
After the Thanksgiving holiday, the Blue Hens will travel to Beantown to take on Boston University (December 2) before heading south to play at George Mason (December 4).
UD will return home for to wrap non-conference play with four straight games. The Blue Hens will take on Central Florida (December 9), Gardner-Webb (December 18), Maryland (December 20) and Saint Joseph's (December 28).
Season tickets are available now. Renewing season ticket members can access their invoice by clicking here. Fans interested in becoming a season ticket member should click here to purchase new season tickets. Regular ticket packages start at $89. Special pricing is available to UD Alumni, UD Faculty & Staff as well as Senior Citizens. Family Packages are also available. Call or text the Delaware Ticket Office at (302) 831-2257 for more information.
New this season, all season ticket members will receive a Gold Lot parking permit free of charge. Additional permits will be $50. All fans may purchase advanced parking permits in the Gold Lot on an individual game basis for $5 per car throughout the season. Any fan without a permit on the day of the game will be directed to the General Lots (in front of Delaware Field House and Fred Rust Ice Arena) free of charge.
