Hens Complete Day 2 of Saint Joseph’s Invite

PHILADELPHIA, Pa. – Delaware picked up six total wins Saturday afternoon on the second day of the 10th Annual Saint Joseph's Invitational.
The Blue Hens collected five singles victories while also capturing the win in their lone doubles match of the day.
In Flight 2 action, freshman Luis Molina topped Oskar Lusti (Lewis), 7-5, 6-4, before posting the 6-4, 6-2 triumph over Moses Hutchinson (Mary Washington). Molina will face Drexel's Juan Manuel Sanchez in Sunday's semifinal matchup.
Sophomore Nathan Benyowitz also earned a hard-fought win by defeating Cody Kim (Johns Hopkins), 4-6, 6-2, 10-5.
In the fourth flight, junior Luis Marcano registered the 7-6 (9), 6-2 victory against Robbie Simon (Johns Hopkins).
In fourth flight consolation play, senior Asdrubal Marcano outdid William Lopez (Harford), 6-1, 6-0.
Benyowitz and Molina paired for Delaware's lone doubles match of the day and logged the 8-1 victory over Harford's John Brett and Adam Larsen.
