Delaware Moves Up To 14th Place at Golfweek Conference Challenge

WOLCOTT, Colo. – The University of Delaware women's golf team carded a 303 score on Tuesday to move up two spots into 14th place at the Golfweek Conference Challenge.

The Blue Hens, who fired a 312 score during Sunday's opening round, sit in 14th place out of 18 teams with a 615 total. UCLA leads the invitational with a 561 score, followed by Pepperdine at 574 and Campbell at 579.

UD junior Ariane Klotz shot a three over par 75 on the par 72, 6,320-yard Fazio Course at Red Sky Golf Club, ending the day in a tie for 32nd place with a six over par 75-75-150. Freshman Sophia Dieter enjoyed the best round of the day by a Blue Hen with a one over par 73, and is tied for 40th place at 79-73-152, eight over par.

Thitaree Sakulbunpanich is tied for 46th place at the tournament with a nine over par 75-78-153, while Ashley Dingman has carded an 83-77-160 and is tied for 77th place at 16 over par. Valentina Mueller, who has fired a 24 over par 84-84-168, is tied for 87th place.

The final round of the tournament will take place on Tuesday.
