Delaware Wraps Up Fall Season with Fifth Place Finish at Lady Blue Hen Invitational

REHOBOTH BEACH, Del. – The Delaware women's golf team concluded its fall schedule this weekend by finishing in fifth place at the Lady Blue Hen Invitational.
Delaware placed fifth out of 11 squads with a 914 three-round total. Penn easily captured the team title with an 864 score, while Seton Hall finished second at 893.
Ariane Klotz carded a 78 during Sunday's round on the par 72, 6,126-yard Rehoboth Beach Country Club course, as she finished in ninth place with a seven over par 67-78-78-223.
Thitaree Sakulbunpanich tied for 11th place with a nine over par 73-73-79-225, while Lexi Dart tied for 38th place with a 20 over par 75-79-82-236. Kylie Greulich enjoyed the best round of the day by a Blue Hen, carding a 76 to finish in a tie for 51st place with a 25 over par 85-80-76-241.
Lene Sperling tied for 53rd place at the tournament with a 26 over par 76-78-88-242, while Siena Ferrick tied for 55th place with a 29 over par 80-80-85-245.
Isabella Rimton (T-59th, 79-79-91-249), Aashaka Desai (62nd, 85-82-84-251) and Josefina Fernandez-Davila (65th, 82-84-90-256) also competed for Delaware as individuals.
Susan Xiao of Penn was the tournament medalist as she finished at seven under par to post a commanding nine-shot victory.
