RICHMOND, Va. – The Blue Hens have been on a roll and on Tuesday, seniors Caroline Farley and Chantae Simms were named the CAA Player and Defensive Player of the Week, respectively, by the conference.
The duo has led Delaware to three straight wins, including this week's victories over Oregon and Louisville, while registering career milestones and reaching noteworthy marks.
Farley totaled 19 draw controls, six goals, three assists, three ground balls and three caused turnovers for the Blue Hens. In Wednesday's 18-8 win against Oregon, the attacker tied her own school record and set a Delaware Stadium record with 12 draw controls while adding a career-high four goals and six points.
