» The Blue Hens are looking bounce back into the winning column after suffering two setbacks to the CAA defending champions, Towson last weekend.

» The last time Delaware and UMBC met was during the 2019 campaign, when the Blue Hens extended their winning streak to six games in the series dating back to the 2006 season.

» The Blue Hens hold the all-time series lead, 28-7, including a 15-4 mark when playing in Newark.

» UMBC is currently on a 10-match winning streak, with its last setback coming at the hands of a non-conference battle against Coppin State.
