Blue Hens’ Sunday Doubleheader vs. Rhode Island Canceled

NEWARK, Del. – The University of Delaware softball team was scheduled to open its 2021 season on Sunday with a home doubleheader against Rhode Island, but that twinbill has been canceled due to field conditions and the threat of inclement weather this weekend.
The Blue Hens will attempt to begin their season on Sunday, March 7 with a 12 noon doubleheader vs. UMass at the Delaware Softball Field.
