Men's Lacrosse Climbs in National Polls

NEWARK, Del. – Despite not playing this past weekend, the University of Delaware men's lacrosse team moved up a few spots in the USILA Coaches Poll and the Inside Lacrosse Media Poll on Monday.
The Blue Hens jumped two spots to No. 12Â in both polls.
Heading into the week, Delaware is tied for 15th in Division I in scoring offense (14.43 goals per game) and 21st in scoring defense (10.14 goals allowed per game) for the 13th-best scoring margin (+4.29). The Blue Hens additionally rank 19th in caused turnovers per game (8.57), 20th in clearing percentage (.872) and tied for 24th in ground balls per tilt (32.57).
Delaware will be back in action on Friday when Fairfield comes to Delaware Stadium for a noon CAA contest.
