Susanna Weir Named CAA Track Athlete of the Week

RICHMOND, Va. -Â Senior Susanna Weir has been named the Colonial Athletic Association (CAA) Track Athlete of the Week on Wednedsay.
Weir competed in a competitive steeplechase field at the Virginia Challenge on Friday in which she broke her own program record with a time of 10:39.58. The time is the fastest in the CAA this season, while it ranks 60th in the NCAA East Region and was a top 100 mark in the country so far this spring.
