Blue Hens Earn IWLCA Academic Honors

NORTHBOROUGH, MASS. – The Delaware women's lacrosse team earned Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) Academic Honor Squad honors, while nine student-athletes were named to the IWLCA Division I Academic Honor Roll.
Delaware was one of 319 schools across Division I, II, III, and NAIA that earned IWLCA Academic Honor Squad recognition for the 2020-21 academic year. To qualify for this prestigious honor, the women's lacrosse team must have posted a 3.2 or higher team GPA for the academic year.
In addition, the Blue Hens had nine players receive 2021 IWLCA Division I Academic Honor Roll accolades. A total of 862 student-athletes were honored. To be eligible for this honor, student-athletes must be a junior, senior, or graduate student and have earned a cumulative academic GPA of 3.50 or greater.
