» Head Coach Rolf van de Kerkhof enters his 11th season with Delaware, returning 14 letter winners and welcoming eight newcomers to the program.

» The Blue Hens had three players earn All-CAA Preseason Team honors and fifth-year senior Femke Strien was named CAA Preseason Player of the Year.

» Friday marks the 18th all-time meeting between No. 18 Old Dominion and the Blue Hens. The last time Delaware played the Monarchs was in 2016. The Blue Hens are 3-13-1 against Old Dominion.

» Sunday's game against No. 8 Virginia marks the 20th all-time meeting between the two teams. Delaware holds a 8-10-1 record against the Cavaliers.
