Blue Hen Women Fourth After First Day of UD Lady Blue Hen Invitational

Rehoboth Beach, Del. – The University of Delaware women's golf team sits in fourth place following Saturday's first two rounds of the UD Lady Blue Hen Invitational.
The Blue Hens notched a 606 score to finish the day in fourth place out of 12 teams, rising six spots after the first round. Dartmouth, Penn and Harvard are ahead of Delaware, finishing the day with 589, 594 and 600, respectively.
Anna Kittelson is tied for seventh place with a four over par 74-74-148 mark on the par-72, 6,169-yard Rehoboth Beach Country Club course. Kittelson recorded 12 pars and two birdies in the first two rounds.
Christina Carroll sits tied for ninth with a five over par 75-74-149 mark after two rounds in Rehoboth. Carroll recorded two birdies and 13 pars on Saturday.
Lexi Dart fired a seven over par 78-73-151 to end the day in a tie for 18th place while Alice Sundberg, who is playing as an individual, is tied for 28th place with a ten over par 76-78-154.
The third round of the two-day tournament will begin at 9:00 a.m. on Sunday.
