Blue Hens Finish 12th at Ron Moore Intercollegiate

HIGHLANDS RANCH, Colo. – The University of Delaware women's golf team finished in 12th place this weekend at the Ron Moore Intercollegiate.
The Blue Hens posted their best team round of the weekend with a 292 score on Sunday, finishing 12th out of 16 squads with an 890 total. Vanderbilt easily captured the team title with an 839 score, finishing 20 shots ahead of second place Xavier.
Christina Carroll fired a two under par 70 during her final round on the par 72, 6,756-yard course at Highlands Ranch Golf Club, tying for 32nd place among individuals with a four over par 76-74-70=220. Carroll made four birdies against just two bogeys on Sunday.
Anna Kittelson, who also carded four birdies during the third round, tied for 53rd place with an eight over par 73-78-73=224. Lexi Dart made a team-high five birdies on Sunday and tied for 57th place with a nine over par 75-77-73=225.
Lilia Henkel tied for 64th place at the tournament with an 11 over par 75-73-79=227, while Alisa Khokhlova tied for 74th place with a 15 over par 80-75-76=231.
Delaware wraps up its fall season next weekend when it hosts the Lady Blue Hen Invitational at Rehoboth Beach Country Club.
