“The team has put in lots of hard work during preseason. The hill repeats and stadium work, speed endurance training, and strength and conditioning the past few months has set us up well leading into the upcoming indoor season. During cross country, we were able to build a strong base that’ll also translate over to the track well for us. We’ve recognized our values and talked about what it is we want to celebrate this season. Creating and maintaining habits that will allow us to achieve our goals are a couple of the things we look forward to celebrating. Let’s GO HENS!”Kenyetta Iyevbele, Head Track & Field Coach
