Kilkeary Voted CAA Co-Player of the Week

RICHMOND, Va. – Delaware men's lacrosse goalkeeper Matt Kilkeary has been named the Colonial Athletic Association Player of the Week, announced Monday by the league office.
Kilkeary was a force in the net for the Blue Hens, helping Delaware improve to 2-0 on the season. Kilkeary held the Mountaineers scoreless in the first quarter, as he finished with 16 saves, one shy of his career high. Mount St. Mary's fired 43 shots with 22 coming on goal. He also scooped up three groundballs.
The accolade is the first player of the week honor of Kilkeary's career and the second straight week a Blue Hen has won the honor.
