» The No. 17 Blue Hens are 3-1 to open the season. Delaware is coming off a 19-14 loss at No. 7 Duke on Tuesday. The Blue Hens enter the weekend with a 2-0 record at home this season at Delaware Stadium.

» Monmouth (0-1) will continue its two-game road stint when it visits the Blue Hens on Saturday. The Hawks fell 22-6 to Princeton in their season opener on Feb. 19.

» Delaware and Monmouth will play for the fifth time since 2017. The Blue Hens lead the all-time series 4-0 and have outscored Monmouth 45-27 over the four meetings. Delaware won the last meeting 11-2 on the road at Monmouth in 2020.

» The Blue Hens rank in the Top 25 in the NCAA in assists per game (7.00) and points per game (21.25). Delaware has the top 3 goal scorers in the CAA. Clay Miller leads the conference with 12 goals, while Mike Robinson and JP Ward are tied for second with 10 goals apiece.
