Registration Open For Delaware Men’s Soccer Summer Camps and Clinics

NEWARK, Del. – Registration is now open for Delaware Men's Soccer Camps and Clinics this summer!
Youth Boys & Girls Day Camps will be held from June 13-17 and June 20-24. The camps are designed for boys and girls ages 6 - 12 to learn and develop new soccer skills in a fun and challenging environment. The camp will take place at the Stuart and Suzanne Grant Soccer at the University of Delaware. Our staff will be composed of the University of Delaware men's soccer staff, UD players, and additional coaches from the community.
This camp will offer a unique and educational experience for campers of all ability levels. Below are some of the highlights that the camp experience will offer:
* Training provided by an experienced staff of youth and college level coaches
* The opportunity to train with current UD soccer players
* A variety of competition for all campers of ALL ability levels
* Technical skill development on the ball with a TOPIC of the day (dribbling, passing, receiving, shooting)
* Small-sided and age-appropriate full sided games in the afternoons
* An age-appropriate introduction to the importance of balance, speed and agility
* A SAFE and SUPPORTIVE environment where every player can enjoy the game of soccer while making new friends
Two Summer Prospect Camps for field players, Summer Prospect Camps for goalkeepers, and Summer Goalkeeper Clinics will be held on July 9 and July 10.
The Delaware Prospect Camps are geared towards competitive and talented individuals who are looking to take their game to the next level. The camps will provide players with a greater understanding of the demands of a Division I men's soccer program.
Campers will be put through the same high-level training and game situations that current Blue Hen men's soccer players experience. Specific goalkeeper training will be provided to all goalkeepers in attendance. These camps will allow prospects to spend time with the Delaware men's soccer coaching staff, engage in a recruiting Q&A session, a guided tour of athletic facilities, a (self-guided tour of University of Delaware available with coaches' guidance/recommendations) as well as play matches under the guidance of other college coaches from various Division I, II, II, junior college, and NAIA programs.
