Jenkins Finalizes Women’s Basketball Staff

NEWARK, Del. – Delaware head women's basketball coach Sarah Jenkins has completed her staff for the upcoming 2022-23 season. Jenkins has announced that D'Nay Daniels has been hired as the Women's Basketball Operations and Glenn Stokes has been added as the Video Coordinator.
"I'm extremely excited to have D'Nay and Glenn join the Delaware women's basketball staff," said Jenkins. "They will be instrumental in coordinating the day-to-day activities of our team. They both have great energy, a passion and extended knowledge of basketball, along with an amazing work dynamic that will elevate our program."
Daniels arrives in Newark after one year at Delaware State University. Prior to that, Daniels served as an assistant coach at Northeastern for two years, a graduate assistant from 2017-19 at Memphis, and was a three-year head coach of the varsity girls' basketball team at Freedom High School in Orlando, Florida. A four-year starter and letterwinner at UCF, Daniels led the Knights to a pair of NCAA tournament appearances courtesy of their 2009 and 2011 Conference USA titles. The two-time recipient of the team's Most Valuable Player award (2010, 2011) earned All-Conference USA Second Team honors during her senior campaign in addition to garnering a spot on the 2011 Conference USA All-Tournament Team. Daniels graduated with a bachelor's degree from UCF in May 2011 and a master's from Memphis in 2019.
Most recently, Stokes was an assistant coach at Feltrim Academy where he assisted with player development, video breakdown and team analysis, in addition to preparing practice and game plans. Stokes coached professional men's and women's basketball overseas from 2016-21. From August 2003 to October 2016, Stokes played professionally in over 10 different countries. Stokes earned his bachelor's degree from American University in 2003.
