NEWARK, Del. – The University of Delaware Softball Head Coach Jen Steele has announced the addition of first baseman Kiara Mills to the program. Mills, a transfer from Creighton University, will join the Blue Hens this fall as a graduate student with one year of eligibility remaining.
Mills was a regular in the Bluejays lineup for the past four seasons, appearing in 136 games with 128 starts. An all-around hitter, she ranks seventh in Creighton’s record books with a .331 average while registering 123 hits with 26 home runs, 19 doubles and five triples. The West Covina, California native was an All-BIG EAST selection as a freshman in 2019 after hitting 11 home runs and driving in 33.
