NEWARK, Del. – The University of Delaware men's soccer team will return to Stuart & Suzanne Grant Stadium for a two-game homestand, starting with a non-conference matchup against George Washington on Tuesday at 7:00 p.m.

What You Need to Know:
- Delaware opened its season with a 2-0 win over Mount St. Mary's on Thursday, August 25, giving head coach Tommy McMenemy his first career victory. The Blue Hens and Saint Joseph's also played to a 1-1 draw on Sept. 6.
- Seidu Shamsudeen and Sam Donnellan both have scored a pair of goals for the Blue Hens, while Florian Phlepsen (two) and Carlos Fernandez each have recorded an assist.
- Adam Vik has recorded 19 saves through the first five games of the season, including a career-high five in back-to-back games against Saint Joseph's and William & Mary in the Blue Hens' matches last week.
- Delaware is 0-1-1Â all-time against George Washington all-time but have not met since 2006. George Washington has not traveled to Newark since Sept. 11, 2005. The Blue Hens have played just one Atlantic-10 program this season, a 1-1 tie to Saint Joseph's.
The Opponent:
- George Washington is 2-1-2 so far on the season, including a tie with William & Mary, 2-2, on August 25 and a loss to Mount Saint Mary's, 2-1, on Sept. 5.
- Tom Cooklin, Oscar Brown Haynes, Aaron Kronenberg, and Elias Norris all have scored two goals each for the Colonials, while Cooklin, Tiago Carvalho, Nico Kruger, and Roee Tenne all have two assists each.
- Head coach Craig Jones is in his 11th season with George Washington, and enters the game with a career record of 65-86-21. He won the A-10 regular season championship in 2015 and was named Conference Coach of the Year.
