Carroll Fires Career Low 67, Moves Into Sixth Place at Golfweek Fall Challenge

PAWLEYS ISLAND, S.C. – Christina Carroll fired a career-low round of 67 to move up into sixth place following Monday's second round of the Golfweek Fall Challenge.

Carroll made seven birdies during her four under par round on the par 71, 6,026-yard Caledonia Golf & Fish Club course and is sixth among individuals with a four under 71-67=138. Erica Scutt of Austin Peay is the tournament leader at 12 under par.

Alisa Khokhlova recorded her second consecutive one over par 72 on Monday and is tied for 20th place at two over 144. Anna Kittelson, who hit a hole in one on the third hole, fired a 74 and is tied for 23rd place with a three over par 71-74=145.

Lilia Henkel, playing as an individual, has recorded a 10 over par 75-77=152 and is tied for 69th place at the invitational. Alice Sundberg, who eagled the 15th hole, is tied for 76th place with a 12 over par 80-74=154 while Lexi Dart is tied for 91st place with a 17 over par 79-80=159.

Delaware, which posted a 293 team score on Sunday, improved to 287 on Monday and sits in seventh place out of 20 squads with a 580 total.

The final round of the three-day tournament will begin at 7:50 a.m. on Tuesday, with the Blue Hens teeing off at 8:40 a.m.
