CINCINNATI – The University of Delaware men's basketball team looks to snap a three-game skid Tuesday night with a nationally televised battle at Xavier. Tipoff is slated for 6:30 p.m. and can be viewed on FS1.

- Delaware enters Tuesday's game on a three-game losing streak after starting the season 5-0.
- In the initial NET rankings for the season, the Hens checked in a 98, which is the best ever since the rankings began.
- Jyáre Davis (18.0), Gerald Drumgoole Jr. (12.5), and Cavan Reilly (11.7) are leading the Hens in scoring.
- Christian Ray averages a team best 9.0 rebounds per outing. He's also 10th in the nation in assist to turnover ratio at 4.6.
- Ray, Niels Lane, and Jalun Trent have started all eight games this season.
- Xavier comes off its first NCAA appearance in six years as the Musketeers finished 27-10. They fell to second-seeded Texas in the Sweet Sixteen.
- The Musketeers are currently 4-4 overall with losses to a pair of top five teams in Purdue and Houston.
- Claude Desmond (16.4) and Quincy Olivari (13.9) are the top scorers for Xavier.
- Tuesday night's matchup will be the third time the Hens square off against the Musketeers and the first in 31 years
- The last time Delaware and Xavier met ended in a 74-66 win for the Musketeers on Dec. 18, 1992.
- This is the second season in a row Delaware will face a team from the previous Sweet Sixteen.
